Kitchen and Philosophy
The kitchen of our Michelin star restaurant in the Grand Standard offers guests excellent French dishes and modern day culinary influences. Each dish is complemented by a wine recommendation and an excellent service from our sommelier and restaurant manager. In 2020, the gourmet restaurant was awarded the first - and in 2021 the second Guide MICHELIN star. 2022 during the MICHELIN Star Revelation 2022 the restaurant was rewarded again with two Guide MICHELIN stars.
